Ordering Information

Order Details

Orders of our regular sized cakes (sizes: 6", 8", and 10") and pastries must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

To ensure delivery of orders for Saturday, Sunday or Monday we have to receive them by Wednesday of that week.

Our larger "Celebration" cakes, custom design cakes and photo cakes require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice.

In case of a surprise gift, kindly make the necessary arrangements for a contact to be available to receive your order.

Exchange or Cancellation Policy

Please note that exchanges and cancellations are ONLY possible within 24 hours of receiving your of ordering. To cancel or change your order, please contact us at: info@ecakes.ca and quote your order details and sales order number from your order confirmation.

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Telephone Orders

We are unable to accept orders via the telephone as these are not secure lines.
